  • Step 1: Thaw
    Remove from the freezer and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before mealtime, or thaw in the fridge overnight.

    Step 2: Break
    Once semi-thawed, easily break into portions that suit your pup’s appetite.

    Step 3: (Optional) Warm It Up
    Prefer a warm meal? Gently heat the portioned food in a microwave-safe bowl for a few seconds—just until warm, not hot, or steam it gently.
    Alternatively, soak the sealed pack in hot water for a few minutes.
    Note: If you heat the entire pack, do not store the leftovers in the fridge.

    Step 4: Pour
    Tear open and pour—mess-free and effortless.

    Step 5: Feed
    Mix well and serve with love!
    (If only partially used and unheated, keep the rest in the fridge and use within 3 days.)

  • Keep frozen for maximum freshness.
